Interface design for the List Requester is similar to the File Requester's, both for user and programmer interfaces. A full requester access is achieved through three function calls.
Display and selection position are remembered. Keyboard shortcuts for Ok and Cancel are available, with visual feedback. The fast scrolling and drag bar allow for presentation of long lists- tested ok with >5000 nodes.
Applications can set preferences such as double-click on or off, drag bar or centering on parent window. The requester horizontal and vertical display sizes can also be set to custom values.
